WHO WE ARE
Konek specialize in forming a protective-decorative varnish finish on veneer, solid wood elements, MDF, PVC and glass. Some of the other services are manufacturing of color varnish and wood stains based on clients samples and RAL, NCS and PAntone color systems. We also offer a calibration and sanding of solid wood elements, manufacturing and varnishing of furniture parts and elements.
Since 1997 we have established a reliable and trustworthy work relations with many of the leading bulgarian furniture manufacturers, providing a precise work, optimal deadlines and limited warranty and out-of-warranty maintenance.
PRODUCTION
Our 1200 m2 workshop is equiped with the full range of machinery and tools for manual and automatic processing, handled by highly professional team. The digitally-managed machines allows us a highly precise work and elimination of the subjective tuning.
After the installation of the high-volume varnishing flowline, which works numerous sizes of furniture parts and elements with daily rate of over 400 sq. m, we took notice on the big furniture projects such as offices, hotels, retail spaces, interior doors, export furniture. The new equipment gives us the opportunity to achieve a optimal interralation between deadlines and production value, which allows us to offer a favourable deals for mass and high-volume orders.

Our philosophy - constantly upgrading and optimizing the work process, based on modern work managing technologies. Konek implemented TECHNOCLASS ERP & ME System for complex integrated management of the work process. The integrated system for materials supply, storehouse, production preparation, planning, production management, the real-time work process reports, gives us the advantageous of analysis and operative decision-making, based on strategic planning and complex work management. We are in a process of integrating the ISO 9001:2000 quality system.
